We can be contacted via email, telephone, fax, or U.S. mail. The best way to ensure that your project gets our immediate attention is to FAX or email us a bid invitation. Once we have determined if we will bid on your project we will ask that you mail plans to our main office or provide us with a location where plans can be purchased or viewed. We will confirm when plans are received by sending a FAX notifying the sender of our intention to commence with our estimating process. At this time, any questions that our estimator has will be discussed with your project manager. Our final bid will be reviewed by our President and sent via FAX and hard copy to your offices.
Although we are not always successful with our bids, it is a common courtesy to inform us if we, or you, are not awarded a contract. Repeated bidding without any response will result in a halt of all bidding to your firm.
